Bio
Fran initially attended Saint Leo University for two years competing on their D2 soccer team. After many injuries, she decided to not continue with her soccer career but did want to stay active, although not necessarily in a competitive manner. However, her twin sister, Sofia, convinced her to transfer and join the Daytona State cross country team with her.
Academic Interest/Degree: B.S. Business
Why did you choose Daytona State: "My sister told me so many positive things about the school and team that made me want to come here. Loved the sense of community amongst the team."
Coach's Comments: Recruited by her twin sister, Fran comes to Daytona State after spending the last 2 years playing soccer at St. Leo University and is looking to have a solid fall season, improving each meet and learning the ways of running.
