Daytona Beach, FL – Sophomore Guard Nashani Gilbert scored a team-high 12 points, six rebounds, and two steals.
Coach Griffin stated. "As a team, I am proud of the fight, and will we showed to keep playing for 40 minutes, we have correctable things to take from this game, we will take a look at the tape and prepare for the next one."
Freshman Guard Tasia Johnson added 9 points, while Freshman Forward Rylan Moffitt chipped in with six rebounds.
Daytona State will return to the Lemerand Athletic Center on Saturday, December 17th vs. DME Post Grad at 2:00 p.m.
