Five of Daytona State's Women's Basketball players were named to the All Central Conference Teams. Sophomores Janay Turner and Kianni Westbrook were honored with selection to the 1st Team All Central Conference.

Shayla Bouie earned a spot on the 2nd team after starting all 11 of the Central Conference games she appeared in. Bouie averaged 7.5 points, 3.2 assists and 2.6 steals per game in conference play. She also ranked 3rd in assists per game and 6th in steals per game in the Central Conference, marks that put her at 11th and 12th, respectively, for Region VIII play. Blessing Okoh also had a strong freshman showing with an average of 8.1 points per game, 7.2 rebounds per game and 2.2 blocks per game in Central Conference play. Okoh was 3rd in Central Conference play for blocks per game, placing her at 4th in Region VIII and 36th in the country. She also finished the season ranked 7th in Central Conference and 14th in Region VIII play for rebounds per game. Taylor Williams also represented the Falcons on the Cnetral Conference 2nd Team. She finished Central Conference play ranked 8th in both free throw percentage and assists per game. On the season, Williams averaged 10.9 points per game, 4.1 rebounds per game and 3.6 assists per game during conference play.

Sophomores Janay Turner and Kianni Westbrook were both named to the All Central Conference 1st Team. Her rebounding and field goal percentages led the Central Conference, placed her 2nd in Region VIII and were good enough to see her ranked 10th and 14th, respectively, in the nation for those statistical categories. Westbrook also finished the season ranked 3rd in points per game, which put her at 8th in Region VIII play. Kianni was also voted to the All Region VIII/All State team for the 2020-21 season.
