Shutout and a Win for our Sophomore's Last Home Game

The Daytona State Men's Soccer team, currently ranked #4 in the nation, closed out their season with an at home 4-0 win. With a home record of 8-1, the Falcon's only loss of the season came to the undefeated #3 team in the nation, Monroe College.

Last night, the Falcons hit the back of the net four times in their shutout win versus Johnson University. The first goal came early in the first half after Japanese duo, Yuta Tokuhisa and Takuto Nishide, combined to open the scoring. Sophomores, Kevin Kelly and Christian Cordeiro, continued the scoring for the falcons in the second half with two quick goals. While freshman, Mick Stauffer (first goal this season), ended the scoring after Sol Bercu set him up with just the keeper to beat.
