The NJCAA and the United Soccer Coaches Announced the All-American Teams for Fall 2021

2021 United Soccer Coaches Junior College Division I Men’s All-America Team

Curtez Kellman, SO. Midfielder, Georgetown, Guyana

*First Falcon soccer player to become back-to-back All-American (20-21, 21)

Kellman on the honor, “It’s that feeling that you experience after hard work... it’s a great joy to make the selection once, but twice it’s just a major blessing, and I am grateful that my ability has been recognized by the highest authorities. I must say kudos to coach Bart and Joe who played a pivotal role in making me become a better individual not only on the pitch but off as well. Also my teammates who worked with me throughout the season and pushed me to work harder. At the end it actually did paid off. I always remind myself each day about a specific quote, “The more you sweat in peace time, the less you bleed in War time”.

Yutaro Tsukada, SO. Forward, Tokyo, Japan

Tsukada on the honor, “I’m glad to be selected as an All American. However, I don’t attach much importance to it. I just wanted to win the national tournament. To my teammates and coaches who have shared great moments with me, I’m so proud of each and every one of you.

2nd Team

Prince Nwabudike, SO. Defender, London, England

Nwabudike on the honor, “Being an all-American sounds easier said than done, you have no choice but to perform at the highest levels at any given moment. When you think you can rest because your satisfied, that’s, when you will miss the opportunity. There is always someone waiting to overtake you. This is seen in our league which I would say is one of the hardest in the state.”

Head Coach Bart Sasnett stated, “I’m so excited for these three guys!  These guys are certainly deserving and represent our program in the highest regards on and off the field.  It has been an honor to coach them, and we look forward to more great things to come in their soccer career’s.  To say I’m proud of them would be an understatement.”
