Spencer Rich was voted the Mid-Florida Conference Player of the Year by the coaches for the 2021 season. Rich, the Longmont, CO native, lead the state of Florida in batting average with a .438 clip. He ranked seventh in the state in home runs with 10. Rich also tied for 11th in the state in stolen bases with 20 and only one caught stealing. 

Rich, a Silver Creek HS alum, hit a majority of the year in the lead off spot and had an on-base percentage of .518. Defensivly Rich fielded .949 making 3 errors on 59 total chances with 10 assists and 46 putouts. Rich split time playing on the infield and in the outfield.
