"Daytona State College taught me how to be an independent adult while being away from home by forcing me to trust my coaches and teammates.  Because our team was so close, we developed relationships that went beyond the court.  To this day, I know if I ever need anything, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to my former teammates or my coaches.  At the end of the day, we became more than a team, but a wonderful family.  I miss Daytona State College."
