Bio
A 2019 graduate of Seabreeze High School, Brooks comes to Daytona State with a 22:38 5k personal record that placed her in the top 20 at the 3A District meet her senior year. Wilson is hopeful that Brooks will experience the same improvement at DSC that she enjoyed in high school.
Outlook for 2019 per Wilson: Shannen has a really good group to run with who can push her and help her get stronger. We hope to see her in the top 7 at some point this fall. She has the ability and will just need to be consistent about training.
