DSC Volleyball to host first playoff game

Tuesday, October 16th your #17 ranked Daytona State Volleyball team will host the first playoff game of 2018. The Lady Falcons will host the Titans from Eastern Florida State College at the L. Gale Lemerand Center at 7:00pm.

The Falcons are currently sitting at a 19-6 (.760) overall record and 3-3 (.500) in the conference. The team is averaging 11.45 kills per set, 10.99 assists per set, 1.62 blocks per set, 1.36 service aces per set, and 16.77 digs per set.

The Titans are currently 3-14 (.176) overall and 0-6 (.000) in the conference. The team is averaging 9.19 kills per set, 8.74 assists per set, 2.04 blocks per set, 1.16 service aces per set, and 13.91 digs per set.

The winner of the Oct. 16th game will head to Ocala and take on the Patriots from the College of Central Florida to see who makes it to this years State Tournament. 

The Falcons will be back in non-playoff action on Friday, October 26th as they host ASA Miami at 6pm in the L.Gale Lemerand Center.
