Bio
Jimmy Angeles comes to Daytona State College from Polk State College and Southeastern University, where he served as the program's recruiting coordinator.
He brings 26+ years of coaching experience. He most notably served as head girl's soccer coach at Winter Park High School from 2011-2019, where he posted a 136-28-6 career record and he is currently a Head Coach at Timber Creek High School.
Angeles also currently serves as coach and College Recruiting Coordinator at the Florida Kraze Krush Soccer Club for the ECNL -R teams and as a Coordinator for the Florida Club League (ECNL-R).
His other club experiences include stints with the Orlando City Youth Soccer Club (2014-17), FC America Youth Soccer Club (2010-14), CFK Youth Soccer Club (2006-10), Central Florida United, East Orange Youth Soccer Club, and TASA Youth Soccer in Piscataway, N.J.
Coach Angeles played professional soccer in Peru with Ciclista Lima FC and San Agustin FC, as well as Motagua FC Tegucigalpa in Honduras. He also played collegiately at Middlesex Community College in New Jersey.
In his youth, Angeles was a member of the Peruvian U17 and U15 National Teams.
Angeles also holds a USSF D Coaching License.
He, his wife Riahannon, and their children Cierra, Cameron, and Caden live in Winter Springs, Fla.
