Daytona Jumps in National Rankings

The United Soccer Coaches Association released their first regular season National Ranking on September 4^th. The Falcons were ranked 7^th in the preseason poll and after a series of strong wins saw their position rise to 4^th. Click the link to view the full poll.

The program's current ranking is tied for the best in program history. The Falcons were ranked 4^th during the 2017 season after they defeated conference rivals Eastern Florida in two successive games. The team's biggest win this season was a strong performance against NJCAA powerhouse Laramie County. Laramie entered their contest ranked 2^nd in the preseason poll and the two teams battled over 90 minutes in a game that could have gone either way.

The Falcons will next face Monroe College who are ranked 10^th in the United Soccer Coaches Association poll.

Kickoff is at 7pm tonight, Thursday September 6^that the Falcon Stadium.
