The Daytona State Women's Soccer Program is excited to announce Sara Machado as part of the incoming 2017 freshmen class. "I'm really looking forward to working with Sara. Her energy and love for the game is contageious, which makes the playing environment really fun to be a part of. She's a very creative player and will help make us more dynamic on the attack," said Coach Jones.

Thoughts on the upcoming season: "I picked Daytona because it felt like home. It's such a great environment and has a lot of good competition. In the Fall season, I'm looking forward to challenging myself with better competition and to do the best I can to set our team up for success!"
