Destiny Arvinger was included on the Division I 2018 Women's Basketball All-American team that was released by the NJCAA today. This follows a sensational season that saw Arvinger tabbed Mid-Florida Conference Player of the Year, as well as named to the Region VIII/All-State team. The sophomore from Orange Park, FL was a unanimous pick for Player of the Year, after leading the conference in seven offensive statistical categories, including scoring (16.7PPG), 3-point field goals made (79) and free throw percentage (82.9).  Destiny Arvinger led Daytona State College and Mid Florida Conference in nearly every offensive statistical category including total points, points per game, total field goals, total 3FGs, 3FG percentage, total FTs made and FT percentage. Arvinger's regular season numbers ranked in eight statistical categories in the Region and six categories nationally.
