Daytona State defeats Central Georgia 100-90

The Daytona State College men's basketball team (3-0) ranked # 22 in the NJCAA defeated Central Georgia Technical College 100-90. The Falcons had a solid team effort with 23 assists on 36 made field goals. DSC shot 51% from the field including 46% from 3 pt range.

Kylin Green led the effort with a double-double 13 points and 11 assists and shot a perfect 100% from the field and the FT line.

Josue Grullon led all scorers with 30 points including 5-10 from 3 pt range and 3 assists. Victor Panov 18 points and 8 rebounds. Huascar Cuevas 14 points and 4 assists. Judd Coan 9 points on 3-4 from 3 point range.

Daytona State Improves to 4-0 with 100-67 win over USC Salkehatchie

The Daytona State College men's basketball team (4-0) ranked # 22 in the NJCAA jumped out to a 54-31 halftime lead and never looked back. The Falcons led by as many as 40 points in the second half. DSC made 21 shots from 3 pt range and had 22 assists on 36 total made FGs.

Kylin Green (5) and Huascar Cuevas (9) combined for 14 assists on the night. Green also had 12 points and 4 steals.

Freshman Dylan Diaz made an impressive 9 -12 from 3 pt range and finished with 28 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists. Fellow freshman Isaiah Dorceus contributed 12 points and 5 rebounds.

Breylin Garcia finished with 9 points, 9 rebounds and 4 steals in just 19 minutes of action. Victor Panov 14 points and 3 rebounds in just 16 minutes.
