Coach Swiderski to Coach in Florida Collegiate League Championship

 The Florida Collegiate League will crown a champion following the three game series between the 1 seed Leesburg Lightning and the Sanford RiverRats. 

 1st year Daytona State Baseball Assistant Coach Matt Swiderski will be in the dugout of the Leesburg Lightning as an Associate Head Coach. 

 Swiderski, Port St. Lucie native and former Falcon great, has served as third base coach for the Lightning over the summer season and helped lead an offense that has hit a league best .291 batting average and .419 on base percentage. 

Game One will be at Melching Field at Conrad Park in Deland, FL at 11am Thursday, August 6th.
